What is your refund policy?
We offer 14-day money back guarantee. Once your code has been unlocked, the membership is non-refundable. Cancelations after unlocking code similarly can not be partially refunded either.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes – canceling your account is possible. Note that membership is billed semiannually so you will not pay for the following term.
Is there a limit to tools I can access?
You are able to get access to all current and new products. You can only activate one account per product.
Will my membership auto renew?
The plan is automatically set to renew at the end of the billing cycle. You can disable the auto-renew option from your account or contact us via email.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
You will still have access to your profile and product history. Membership cancelation will not affect your trial accounts.
How quickly do I need to redeem a code?
Codes need to be redeemed within 20 days from the date that the code was generated.
